Q.C. department of AMA manages the control of various production stages as following:

Before production: consisting control of raw material, using the chemical and mechanical lab.

In process: consisting sampling for controlling the technical factors and practical welding tests.

After production: the chemical and mechanical properties of the weld metal of our products are controlled according to the required specifications.

All the above mentioned stages are traceable according to an appropriate quality system procedure. If customers request, the certifications are issued for each batch in accordance with AWS, DIN or EN standards.
