In 1997, execution operation of design and
development was
commenced in a new
place in 17th
kilometer of Karaj
Special Road, using
modern and state of
art planning of
European industrial
countries. By
opening the new
factory in the first
half of 2002,
simultaneously with
the 42nd anniversary
of company‘s
foundation,
production potency
of welding
consumables will
gradually increase
to 45,000 tones per
annum. These
consumables consist
of:

welding electrodes,

Gas shield
arc welding wires
3.
Submerged arc
welding wires
4.
Flux-cored arc
welding wires
5.
Submerged arc
welding fluxes
According to the
plans, the old place
of AMA Industrial
company will be
allocated to
establishment and
development of R & D
dept., Welding
engineering dept.,
training center,
conducting
conferences and
courses of welding
technologies,
planning and
production of
machineries, and
development of the
cutting & grinding
wheel production
unit.
After opening this
manufacturing
complex, AMA
Industrial company
will be the biggest
manufacturer of
welding consumables
in the Western Asia
and Middle East.
The main goal of the
AMA complex is
continuous upgrading
of product quality,
attracting the
customer’s
satisfaction, and
promotion of export
to foreign
countries. To do so
, a lot of equipment
and capital has been
invested on
research, Quality
Control, employment
the service of
experts and
university
professors,
continuous training
of personnel,
establishment of
quality management
systems, taking the
technical approval
of various
international
institutes,
establishment of
marketing research
unit, taking active
part in local &
international fairs,
relating with famous
welding companies of
the world,
membership in
creditable
international
welding societies
and organizations,
and so on.
