DIN 8529
E -Y-6975 Mn 2NiCrMo B H5
AWS/ASME
SFA-5.5
E 10018-G-H4
Application / Properties:
Electrode for producing
crack-free and tough welded
joints. Weld metal is
extremely metallurgical
purity having a very low
hydrogen content. Owing to
its double covering (up to
3.25 mm SǾ), the electrode
gas a stable and
concentrated arc, thus being
well suited or positional
welding. Welds are of X-ray
quality. If normalizing is
required after welding 1292N
shall be used.

Materials:
Heat-treated fine grain
structural steels e.g. EStE
620, EStE 690 and others.
With high heat input and/Or
stress
relieving (thicker sections)
1432N maybe required.

Rebaking : required
at 300°C to 350°C for 2hrs.
