Type/
Characteristics:
Agglomerated
fluoride-basic
type flux for
welding general
structural
steels
pressure
vessels, pipe
steels.
Owing to the
manganese
pick-up caused
by OP120TT, low
manganese wire
electrodes will
find an extended
field of
application.
OP120TT is
outstanding for
tandem,
multi-wire and
twin-wire
welding. It
delivers a weld
metal featuring
excellent
toughness
properties and
crack
resistance.
OP120TT can be
used on either
DC (positive) or
AC up to
approximately
1000A. Damp flux
shall be redried
by baking at
300-350°C.
Grain size
according to DIN
32 522:2-20.
